We may change the SMS number or phone number used to operate the service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge and agree that any messages you send to our changed SMS number or phone number (including any stop or help requests) may not be received, and we are not responsible for processing such requests.
The wireless carrier supporting this service is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you change your mobile phone number, you will need to register for this service with the new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for any failure, delay, or misdelivery of any messages sent through this service, any errors in such messages, and/or any actions you may or may not rely on such messages or the service.
